We replaced the roofs on both the main house and the pool house. For the new roofing material, we upgraded to a 30-year Class 3 Architectural shingle. This shingle is rated to withstand winds up to 120 mph and hail up to 1.75 inches in diameter. It's a strong, long-lasting choice for Central Texas weather.
While we were on-site, we also replaced the existing gutters on both structures. In their place, we installed new 6-inch seamless gutters in a Dark Bronze finish. Seamless gutters reduce the chance of leaks and give the home a clean, finished look.
